The clinician stays in contact with the family throughout the Windmill Behaviour Support Solution service delivery and guides them through the process of change.
Success/change is evidence based and progress reviews are conducted with the person, family and therapists involved.
The clinician feeds back to the family/person if other services are required and provides recommendations. A report is provided to the family/person at the end of the interventions including strategies for success.
Group Conference: The Windmill Behaviour Support Solution includes a time allocation for the active therapist to attend an interagency meeting.
