Bas van der Hoeven has 20+ years’ experience as a Behaviour Specialist.
Bas trained as a Drama Therapist at the University of Utrecht in The Netherlands before moving to NZ in 2000.
He worked as a Behaviour Specialist at Homai – the Blind and Vision Impaired School in Auckland, and as a Behaviour Specialist and Drama Therapist at The Cerebral Palsy Society, Tautoko and Explore, before starting his own Drama Therapy practice in Wellington.
He is accredited in using the ADI-r for diagnostic and behaviour purposes and has his registration with ANZACATA.
Bas works with a team of registered professionals in the field of Disability. They consist of Play Therapists, Art Therapists, Speech Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Registered Nurses.
